6/27/2009 - Gerrards Cross closed the gap on leaders Beaconsfield as they dominated a drawn game against Thame Town.

Stortford take honours in low-scoring derby

6/20/2009 - Bishop's Stortford's game with local rivals Sawbridgeworth, played at Cricketfield Lane, turned out to be a low-scoring affair. As with most low scoring games, the result could have gone either way, but eventually Stortford ran out winners by four wickets.

Heartening performance from Hertford

6/20/2009 - Although Hertford lost to North Mymms on Saturday, they put in a much more determined performance that augers well for the future. They welcomed back the experience of Cliff Cavener and that stiffened the batting performance.

6/20/2009 - Gerrards Cross returned to winning ways on Saturday with a 48 run win at home to second-placed Falkland.

Hertford from bad to worse

6/13/2009 - Hertford's performance went from the bad of last week's nine wicket defeat at the hands of Letchworth to a worse drubbing by Bishop's Stortford. An eight wicket defeat leaves the team 30 points adrift at the foot of the table.

Cross fall short at Finch

6/13/2009 - Gerrards Cross batsmen had no answer to Simon Hards as the Finchampstead opener cleaned up the first four wickets and then returned to finish off the Cross innings.

Radlett set new highest total

6/13/2009 - Radlett, in scoring 346-8 against High Wyucombe, notched up their highest ever total in the Home Counties League, beating the previous best of 314-7 against Slough on 30 August 2003.

Six for Newell as Cross held to a draw

Crockers support Burger to topple WGC

5/30/2009 - Radlett secured 25 points for the first time this season with a truly comprehensive winy over local rivals Welwyn Garden City. After Robbie Crocker had removed the WGC middle order, captain Shane Burger compiled a flawless unbeaten 90 as Radlett cruised to victory.
