Throughout the season Umpires and Captains fill in a
card, giving marks out of 5, highlighting the ground, pitch, facilities and hospitality.
Umpires also mark discipline. Marks are awarded as follows:
1 = Poor
2 = Below Average
3 = Above Average
4 = Good
5 = Very Good
